Local pork with Pak Choi (15 minutes) Fry 1 Tbs Garlic Add 1/2 round onion Brown 1 lb chopped 2 Lady Farmers or PS Pork Add 1/2 c water and 4 Tbs oyster sauce Add 2 medium bunches of cut Pak Choi/white stem cabbage Add 1 container medium or firm tofu cubed till warm
Local Pork Tofu (20-25 min) In a large pot, combine 2 cans chicken broth, 1 c shouyu, 1 c brown sugar, and 2 Tbs cooking sherry and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer when you add in other ingredients. (My family likes our ingredients in sections) Brown 1 lb chopped 2 Lady Farmers or PS Pork in a frying pan and place in pot of broth. Fry 1 sliced round onion in the frying pan and add in pot of broth. Add 1 can of sliced bamboo shoots to the pot. Add 2 pkg of Shirakiku noodles to pot (Normally found in refer section by tofu). Add 1 large bunch of chopped won bok chopped to pot. Let it cook down some. Add 1-2 containers of medium or firm tofu cubed till warm (don't stir too much or it will fall apart. Sprinkle with some cut green onions. Enjoy!
Local Pork Panang Curry In a medium-large pot, fry 1lb of local ground pork or sliced pork till brown Add 1/2 chopped round onion and fry till cooked Add 1 bunch of chopped long beans and fry till tender (or the consistency that you like) In a second small pot heat panang curry paste until it boils Add 1-2 cans of coconut milk (I used 2 because I don't like spicy) Add 1-2 tsp sugar Add the panang curry into the medium-large pot Add 1 can of bamboo shoots Add 1/2-1 bunch of basil leaves Enjoy
